Joseph Septum Elevator is used to raise tissue flaps in septum surgery. It has a large flat-handle that facilitates forcible manipulations. The neck is long and slender, and extends to form a slightly wider tapering blade that has a slight upward curve. This elevator is 16 cm in length and has a multiple blade sizes from 4.0 mm to 12.0mm.
